Warranty

Conflow Power Group (owner of the 'iLamp' brand) hereby warrants the quality and performance of its smart streetlights under the following terms and conditions. For proper maintenance and service, please refer to the “Maintenance Manual” provided by Conflow Power Group.

A. Warranty Period

Conflow Power Group (CPG) guarantees that the streetlights are free of any defects in workmanship or materials that may cause inadequate performance under proper conditions of use, installation, and maintenance. The warranty periods are outlined as follows:

20-Year Warranty

  • Pole (Optional C5m Quality): Coverage against perforation due to corrosion (metal rust-through) under normal use in “C5m corrosion category” conditions, as defined by ISO 12944-6.
  • Pole Color Class 2: Coverage for color durability.

10-Year Warranty

  • PV Module: Coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Pole (Standard C3): Coverage against perforation due to corrosion (metal rust-through) under normal use in “C3 corrosion category” conditions, as defined by ISO 12944-6.
  • Pole Color Class 2 (Gloss Upgrade Option): Coverage for gloss retention with a reduction not exceeding 50%, based on California exposure conditions.
  • Optional: Warranty upgrade for Lithium LiFePO4 batteries.

5-Year Warranty

  • Electronic Parts (including controller, cabling, LED unit): Coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Optional: Warranty upgrade for Lithium LiFePO4 batteries.

3-Year Warranty

  • Batteries (Lithium LiFePO4 - Standard): Coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Pole Color Class 2 (Standard): Coverage for gloss retention with a reduction not exceeding 50%, based on California exposure conditions.

1-Year Warranty

  • Lead Acid Batteries (Standard): Coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.

B. Warranty Start Date

All warranty periods commence upon the change of ownership, typically starting from the date of loading on board for international shipments.
